The main page of my website is presently under construction. If you are trying to access your proofs from the “Portrait” side of my website, please email me (you can do this through the “wedding” side by clicking “contact” once you are in the wedding portion of the site. I can transfer your proofs to the other side, I just need to know that you want me to do so because there are too many at this point to transfer all of them.
Thanks!

Last week, my nephew Caleb came over for dinner and chance to play with some new lighting equipment. We had alot of fun terrorizing the kitty and ripping open random Christmas presents. We also got a bunch of cute shots. Here are a few of my favs…

AKA Mom and Dad. My trip home for Thanksgiving was definitely a multi-task trip. We celebrated Thanksgiving and Christmas, took photos of 3 different restaurants, photographed an engagement session, and took turns with our families on each side for camera to pictures to go on our Christmas cards!
Here are a few of my favs!

While I’m on the subject of my family- My mom is getting into photography as well. If you want to check out her work, you can find it at www.pellphotography.wordpress.com

I was looking through the shots I had from Salmon Daves and found this really neat one of a mirror across from the bar. I love when places have really neat details for me to capture!
I especially love how the red and yellow light reflects off the details in the mirror.

One of the next stops of the weekend was to visit the Cabin Club on Detroit Ave in Westlake for a couple promotional shots of the outside. I had never been there before, but now I think I know where I am planning to go for dinner next time I am in town!

This past weekend, I got to meet an awesome couple and take some pictures with my mom. Eddy and Carrie are so comfortable around each other and that really shows in their photos. We started the session at Salmon Dave’s and later moved into the metroparks. It was a bit cold out, but we had great time and got some great shots.
Thank you for a great session! Good luck in all your planning. Mom and I really look forward to your wedding.
